Knut Erik Bonnier is an Assistant Professor in Project Management at the Department for Working Life and Innovation at the School of Business and Law at the University of Agder. He earned his Msc degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management at the University of Agder. Furthermore, he has a Bachelor degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Game Programming from Narvik University College (The Arctic University of Norway).
Knut has worked on several research projects on the topics of Project Management and Engineering Management. He is particularly interested in Project Management, Quality Management, Operations Management and Engineering Management.
Knut has published articles for the International Group for Lean Construction (IGLC) and has co-authored a book on the topic of Lean Construction.
Currently, he is working on research projects on the topic of digitalization in education. He is also working on projects together with local companies in the Agder region. Furthermore, he is the head of course for IND418 - Lean production processes (Master's Programme in Industrial Economics and Technology Management), ORG458 - Project controlling, and ORG459 - Project management and administration (Master's Programme in Popular Music).
