Sickness
We strive for all employees to enjoy a healthy and health-promoting work environment. Nevertheless, employees can sometimes fall ill due to work-related or other reasons.
If you feel that you are at risk of falling ill or being put on sick leave, we encourage you to have a conversation with your supervisor so that you can discuss possible measures or accommodations that can help you stay fully or partially at work.
