Travel and mobility
Before booking your travel
- All trips must be approved in advance and be in accordance with the UiA travel policy
- All flights, hotel stays and group travels is to be booked with our agreement partner Berg-Hansen. Bus tickets can be purchased directly from the bus company. Alternatively, call Berg-Hansen on +47 38 12 20 00 or e-mail kristiansand@berg-hansen.no and ask them to book for you.
- You must clarify whether you are going to make a business trip or a grant-funded trip
- If you want travel advance, you must provide a travel application

Flights and accommodation
Where are you travelling to?
Domestic
Travel on behalf of UiA are fully covered according to government rates (in Norwegian). There are separate rates for grant-funded travel.
International
Travel on behalf of UiA are fully covered according to government rates (in Norwegian).
