The ARK survey

The ARK work environment survey is a comprehensive programme designed to help us identify challenges and opportunities in the workplace. At UiA, the Working Environment Committee has decided that we will conduct this survey every three years.

What is the purpose of the work environment survey?

The survey aims to create an evidence-based process to help us improve our work environments.

  • A good work environment is crucial for our wellbeing, health and job performance
  • The survey provides an overview of how we perceive our work situation and serves as a starting point for dialogue and improvement
  • The survey helps us meet the legal requirements for a sound work environment as outlined in the Working Environment Act
