The work environment survey is an essential tool for developing a positive workplace atmosphere. As an employee, you have the opportunity to share insights about your work situation and influence your work environment. Together, we all contribute to a safe and health-promoting workplace.
The survey is used to "take the pulse" of the organisational and psychosocial work environment both within your unit and across UiA as a whole.
Through the survey and follow-up meetings, you have the opportunity to share your experiences regarding how you feel at work and to influence your work environment. You can help improve the workplace for yourself and your colleagues.
How to participate
- Respond to the survey. You will receive an invitation to fill it out.
- Review the report your unit receives and reflect on what it means for you and your unit.
- Participate actively in your unit’s process of developing initiatives that can improve your workplace.
- Actively contribute to the implementation of these initiatives within your unit.
- The initiatives proposed for your unit unit should be incorporated into the unit's action plans for the current year and be followed up by the management in collaboration with employees and safety representatives.
- Participate in the evaluation of the effectiveness of the initiatives over time, and engage in discussions about whether other activities should be highlighted.
