We seek active participation from safety representatives, including:
- Act as a driving force to ensure that management provides clear information about the ARK process
- Contribute to the planning – you will be invited to a planning meeting
- Encourage colleagues to respond to the survey
- Ensure that management organises effective meetings where employees and management together interpret the results and collaboratively interpret the results and identify important follow-up actions
- Ensure that the employer follows up on the agreed initiatives and evaluates them
- Ensure that the work environment is regularly on the agenda, at least once a year
