The International Office manages the disbursement of scholarships. We pay directly to the students via BankAxept cards and transfer to the faculties for employee scholarships when we receive the internal invoice.
The allocation for projects from 2023 and earlier follows a certain rate, while the allocation from 2024 has increased.

Employees (Teaching/Administrative)
Stipend funds for incoming and outgoing employees are transferred by the International Office to the faculty after the mobility has taken place. Outgoing employees submit their travel expenses in the usual manner after completing their stay abroad.

Incoming students
Incoming students' visa and insurance costs are covered by the organizational funds (OS) in the project. This is managed by the International Office, which is also the contact point for students with questions about this.
See the separate website for incoming students for more information
Outgoing students
Outgoing students will receive Erasmus+ grants according to the current rates in the Global Mobility project, in the same way as Erasmus+ students traveling within Europe. Students must fill out their own Erasmus+ grant agreement for Global Mobility.
Note that outgoing mobility to most countries outside Europe is not possible with funding from Erasmus+ funds. However, existing Global Mobility projects can apply for funds from another budget (intra-Europe) if deemed necessary for enabling outgoing mobility to Global Mobility partners. Contact Sissel Gjennestad or Terje Thorsdalen for questions about this.
