Internationalisation
Students are exposed to international dimensions and issues through both the teaching and the curriculum literature. Many lecturers have international backgrounds and are active in international research networks. Several courses are taught in English, and international students also come to the School of Business at UiA to study parts of their degree as exchange students. This fosters an international study environment where most students interact with international peers and actively use English during their studies.
The program accommodates exchange opportunities in the fifth semester, and students are encouraged to go on exchange at one of UiA’s many partner institutions abroad. A stay at a foreign educational institution allows students to deepen their studies in topics and subjects beyond what is offered by the School of Business and Law at UiA. An overseas stay also provides an additional dimension through engagement with other languages and cultures in an academic context, which many employers value.
The School of Business and Law at UiA is internationally accredited by AACSB (the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business), opening doors for collaboration with prestigious institutions worldwide. For more information on exchange opportunities, visit the International Office's website.
