What is Alumni at the School of Business and Law?

Alumni is a network for everyone who has completed a degree at the School of Business and Law, UiA. Alumni from Industrial Economics and Technology Management (IndØk) are also included in the network.

This year's alumni gathering is on Thursday, 24 September at Campus Kristiansand!

Program (Norwegian)

The event celebrates reunion and connection, featuring timely presentations and engaging conversations. It’s a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with former classmates and fellow cohort, and make new professional and social contacts in an informal, friendly setting.

Want to organize your own alumni event?

We are introducing alumni funding to strengthen the network both nationally and internationally. Please read the guidelines, use the application form, and submit your application.

Guidelines

Purpose
We aim to strengthen our alumni network nationally and internationally. In addition, we wish to support current students in their career development. To achieve this goal, we have launched alumni funds to support alumni-related events.

Who can apply?

  • Alumni of the School of Business and Law
  • Current students
  • Academic units/departments of the School of Business and Law

Application process

  1. Complete the application form.
  2. Send the application to yukiko.iwazaki@uia.no.

Application deadline
Applications are processed on an ongoing basis.

During the event

  • We would like to share post-event activities via UiA’s channels. Please feel free to take photos or videos during the event, and remember to obtain participants’ consent.
  • Alumni of the School of Business and Law, UiA should be presented during the event. You may use our presentation if you would like.

Reporting

  • If you receive alumni funds, you are required to submit a short report within 30 days after the event.
  • Attach receipts and a simple accounting summary to the report.
  1. Complete the report template.
  2. Send the report to yukiko.iwazaki@uia.no.
