Jeg forsker på hvordan mat og ernæring er relatert til helse i tidlige faser av livet og hvordan man kan fremme et godt kosthold i disse fasene. Jeg leder det prioriterte forskningssenteret Lifecourse Nutrition med fokus på mat og ernæring fra tidlig utvikling, som har mer enn 30 medlemmer med ulik kompetanse rettet mot dette feltet. Vi er særlig opptatt av ernæring de første tusen dagene av et barns liv fra unnfangelse til to år.
