Do you need help?
Teams Telephony supports features such as call forwarding, call transfer, queues, and voicemail. This enables you to manage all communications—both internal Teams calls and external phone calls—within a single platform. Every employee is assigned a phone number through the university, allowing you to make and receive calls using your UiA phone number directly in Teams. This integration simplifies communication, providing a convenient, unified solution for all your telephony needs.
