Registration system

UiA has 2 registration systems, Nettskjema and Pindena.

We recommend everyone to use Nettskjema for all events where possible.

Nettskjema is primarily the registration system to be used at UiA, but for larger events and events where participants need to pay a fee, Pindena is required.

Nettskjema

Nettskjema is an online data collection tool for both employees and students. The solution is flexible and can be used for both surveys and registrations. Nettskjema is a secure solution provided by the University of Oslo.

  • Secure solution for online data collection
  • Surveys, registrations, and multiple-choice tasks
  • Handles large amounts of data and data from mobile apps
  • Free use of the Nettskjema Dictaphone and Nettskjema Image mobile apps
  • Can collect sensitive personal data for TSD
  • Offers data delivery via encrypted API

All employees and students have access to Nettskjema through FEIDE

Pindena

Pindena should only be used for larger events that require more advanced features than Nettskjema offers.

In Pindena, you can create event registrations yourself. Contact UiA Conference if you do not have a user account.

Payment Solutions in Pindena

Do not use invoices in Pindena, as it will generate an invoice that the accounting office cannot handle. Ask participants to register payment information in the registration form and let the accounting department send out invoices instead.

Credit Card Payment in Pindena via Netaxept

Pindena automatically generates an ID for each payment and a number for each registration. Add an ID that identifies the conference/event in the registration form to help the accounting office correctly allocate the revenue.

To do this, go to Setup -> Advanced, find “Order Export” and under that, “Account/Project”.

It should be in the format “Work Order-Budget Unit”, for example, “800000-100-1000” if the work order is 800000-100 and the budget unit is 1000.

The registration ID will automatically be added at the beginning, such as “12345-800000-100-1000”. Remember to create vouchers for credit card payments before they are sent to the accounting office.
