NOA – Notice Of Attendance is the app for digital attendance registration, where you, as a lecturer, can get an overview of your courses and students' attendance. Log in using your FEIDE account.

Guidelines for attendance registration

Regardless of whether you use NOA for attendance registration or not, you must follow the University of Agder’s guidelines for attendance registration. If you use NOA, there are some additional points in the guidelines. See the guidelines for compulsory attendance at UiA.

To access the system, the student must

Download the "Notice Of Attendance" app and log in using FEIDE.
Confirm their study plan to use the app. It may take up to 24 hours from confirming the study plan for the student to be registered in the NOA system.
Answer YES to the question about sharing their location (the student must be on the university's premises to check in).

More information for students

Typical challenges for students

Updated to the latest version of the app.
Being on campus for attendance (error code "You are too far from the school to check in" in gray text).
Being within the check-in time window (10 minutes before the start of the lecture and up to 15 minutes into the lecture).
Logged in with FEIDE.
