Research
I am a postdoc at UiA working on a project about how the EU system and legislation is influencing Norwegian institutions even though Norway is not a member state. Please find more information about the overall project here: CENTENOL | University of Bergen (uib.no)
In general my research interests relate to political institutions and their importance for modern democratic systems. In my research I have previously addressed issues related to executive-legislative challenges such as parliamentary oversight and how to hold executive powerholders to account, including issues such as parliamentary system institutional settings, political parties, and political behavioral logics. Moreover, I have addressed institutional challenges for sub-state units and for multilevel systems.
