Language models are becoming ever better and more specialised, yet research shows that they still discriminate against people on the grounds of gender, age, ethnicity, body and disability.

We invite you to a conversation with researchers, the HR industry and experts on equality, recruitment and artificial intelligence.

  • How does AI affect us as jobseekers and employers?
  • How do we use it in the right way to ensure a fair and equal working life?
  • And why are these important questions in a wider conversation about democracy, working life and digitalisation?
