Research Interests:

Networking aspects (MAC mechanisms and routing protocols) of mobile systems and wireless networks (5G, multi-hop ad hoc networks, wireless sensor networks, wireless mesh networks); Internet of Things (IoT); Cooperative communications; Device-to-Device (D2D) communication; Cognitive radio networks; Green wireless communication and energy efficiency; Protocol design in IP networks; Reliable and robust communications, QoS and resource management; Analysis, simulation and performance evaluation of communication protocols and networks; MAC, network and transport layer issues in mobile and wireless networks.
