Course: Canvas Best Practice

This course builds upon the introductory course to Canvas.

The aim is to focus on best practices and what to consider when using the various functionalities in Canvas. Additionally, we will go through tips and tricks that can help staff at UiA coordinate course design so that the course is easy to navigate and participate in for students.

Upon completing the course, participants should be able to:

• create a course structure using modules
• create modules by utilising Canvas's various features and functionalities
• inform and effectively communicate with students
• design a well-structured course using best practice principles
• become familiar with Canvas policies
