The Service Development Section focuses on the development and improvement of services and service delivery at UiA. It is a section with interdisciplinary competence in documentation management, development, project, process, and service management.
Organized within the IT department, the Service Development Section is tasked with assisting the entire organization in building a common culture, routines, and methodology for service development and delivery improvement.
Currently, the Service Development Section proposes prioritization, which is decided by the PO Director and IT Director. They inform about decisions at a leadership meeting. This is a temporary arrangement pending a mandate on how UiA will prioritize initiatives submitted as ideas or improvements for service development. Your feedback and suggestions are valuable in shaping the future of services at UiA.
