Submission of timetable requirements for the upcoming semester should be sent to the timetable office via TP: Basic data. Login requires FEIDE access.
It is important that the submission is sent for approval within the specified deadline.
Basic data are the underlying data used to create the timetable.
This includes:
- activities such as lectures, seminars, labs, etc.
- the weeks in which teaching takes place
- the duration of the sessions
- the estimated number of students
- the academic staff member(s) who will teach the activity
Step-by-step guide for submitting timetable data
It is equally important to review the first draft of the timetable by the given deadline and provide feedback to the timetable office regarding any errors or omissions. This ensures a correct timetable can be presented to students upon publication.
TP currently has no integration with Canvas.
