When and how?
Evaluation format and whether practice periods should include mid-term or final evaluations are determined as follows:
- For curriculum-regulated practice: By the program leader/department head in collaboration with the student representative.
- For non-curriculum-regulated practice: By the course coordinator in collaboration with the student representative.
Alternatively, the faculty board or the board for teacher education may decide that this is determined by the study council.
The evaluation is typically conducted in one of the following ways:
- Digital evaluation
- Group discussion with all students, or students at the same practice site, and the course coordinator or program leader
- Group discussion between the student representative and the students, followed by dialogue between the course coordinator and the student representative
- Discussion with a selection of students and the course coordinator and/or program leader
When practice is part of a course, student evaluations of practice may be included as part of the regular course evaluation, where appropriate and feasible.
