The Competence Portal, called "Kompetanseportalen" is UiA's name for DFØ's Business Platform, which is offered to all government enterprises. In addition to your own UiA courses, you as an employee can find various e-learning courses from other state enterprises and DFØ (Directorate for Public Administration and Financial Management).
Go to the Competence Portal (Feide login)
The first time you log into the portal, follow the instructions in the video below.
For subsequent logins, select "Log in via organization." If you are already logged into Feide at UiA, you will be taken directly to your page. Otherwise, you must select "Feide" from the list of options
At UiA, it is requested that everyone completes the following courses in the portal
• Privacy course for UiA employees
• Information security course for UiA employees
• About sexual harassment in academia
• Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) course for employees
UiA's content in the portal is under development, and we are happy to receive input on other courses you think we need as well as feedback on what works and what can be improved.
