Any unresolved balances will be deducted from the final settlement upon further agreement.
Accrued holiday pay is normally paid out in the final settlement unless otherwise agreed. If you wish to have your accrued holiday pay paid out the following year, this can be arranged.
No compensation is paid for unused senior days (from the age of 62).
A positive flexitime balance (additional hours) should be taken during the notice period.
Compensation can never be paid for additional hours that are not used by the end of the employment relationship. Any negative flexitime balance (deficit hours) will be deducted from the final settlement.
If travel time has been accrued, the hours must generally be taken off before the end of the employment relationship, but payment can be arranged by agreement.
