Register the office location in the DFØ self-service portal
How to do it:
- Log in with your Feide credentials
- Click on 'My information'
- Click on 'Personal profile'
- Under Internal data:
- Register building number (5 characters)
- Gimlemoen/Universitetsveien: GIM25 (GIM for Gimlemoen (Universitetsveien), 25 for the building number), GIM46 and so on.
- Grimstad: JON09 (JON for JON Lilletunsvei - zero nine for the street number)
- JON03 for JON Lilletunsvei 3, i.e. for the FOU building
- Register room number (do not use spaces or hyphens). The room number i s usualle found on/by the outside of the door, e.g. D1234, A3123
- Click on 'save'
