What did you conduct research on, and why?
I conducted research on the entrepreneurial tradition institutionalized in a family and society. The reason for conducting this research is that I had been working as a manager and member of the board in a family business for many years, although I was an outsider of family business. During my research and experience academically and practically, I realized that families can play different roles in entrepreneurial life. The role of the family of entrepreneurship can be legitimized in society. Thereby, I found a novel and a promising research aim.
