How to create an Online Learning Agreement
- You must create the Online Learning Agreement yourself.
- You must complete all fields before signing the Online Learning Agreement (OLA).
- You are responsible for selecting the courses you wish to take at the host university and entering them into your OLA. Once completed, you must sign the document digitally.
- After signing, your OLA will be sent to your faculty/Academic Affairs Unit (LU) at UiA (Sending Institution). Enter your faculty/Academic Affairs Unit advisor as the contact under 'Sending Institution'.
- If everything is in order, the advisor at your faculty/Academic Affairs Unit will sign your OLA. It will then be automatically forwarded to the host university (Receiving Institution) for the final signature. Make sure to list the email address from which you have received communication from the host university as the contact under 'Receiving Institution'.
You will be notified by email and/or in the Erasmus+ app when a party has signed. You can also log in to the Online Learning Agreement or check the Erasmus+ app to monitor the status throughout the process.

If you need help or advice with completing the form, you can contact the International Office or the student advisor at your faculty/Academic Affairs Unit (LU).
If you do not receive the host university's signature on your OLA before departure, you can still receive the Erasmus grant as long as both you and your faculty/Academic Affairs Unit (LU) at UiA have signed. However, you must ensure that the host university signs your OLA as soon as the semester begins, and it must be signed by all three parties no later than two weeks after the semester starts.
