  • February - June

Tuition fees and scholarships

UiA has an agreement of 12 semester places per year without tuition but there is a service fee of approximately $400 for one semester or approximately $550 for one year.  This fee covers, amongst other things, visa fees, police certificate and health insurance.

Accommodation

UGM has several resicences and international students are welcome to apply. These are cheap and offers a good opportunity to mix with Indonesian students.

Most international students find housing privately and rent varies from around $150 to $500 per month, depending on standard. Mamikos is one of several housing sites, our recommendation is to stay in a hotel or AirBnb the first week and view appartments.

Additional information

The visa processing time in Indonesia is long, approximately 4 months. It is common for students to receive their visa just one to two weeks prior to departure. Gadjah Mada University takes care of the visa application provided the students has complied with all the application formalities.
