Contents
Applied philosophy attempts to take more traditional theoretical philosophy to help problematize and better understand concrete issues outside the core areas of philosophy. This may, for example, be everyday occurrences, political, social or practical challenges.
The course addresses some of these current topics in applied philosophy. What philosophical theories can we apply? How can we best apply them? The specific philosophical theories and themes to which they are applied vary from semester to semester. See the semester plan in canvas for detailed content for the current semester.
