Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student is expected to have:
- necessary knowledge in matematics to start an engineering study
- knowledge and skills that correspond to R2 (3MX) from the Norwegian videregående skole (upper secondary school)
Contents
Vectors, logarithm functions, exponential functions, integration, simple differential equations, conic section.
Examination requirements
Satisfactory submission of compulsory exercises.
Examinations
Written examination, 3 hours. Pass/Fail.
Student evaluation
The course evaluation is completed as a midterm evaluation in accordance with the provisions listed in the Quality Assurance System Chapter 2.1.1. A final evaluation may be completed as required.
