Learning outcomes
After having completed the course, the student will:
- be able to actively influence work in the development and introduction of information knowledge system strategies in the health and social services sector
- have thorough knowledge of organisation theory and be able to apply this knowledge to organisational change
- understand various prerequisites for the introduction of information knowledge systems and how use of such systems can affect organisational conditions in the health and social services sector
- be able to explain and defend health and socio-political goals and framework agreements connected to the development and use of information knowledge systems in the sector
- be able to analyse the connection between the introduction of information knowledge systems and the organisation of work processes
- have an understanding of involving users from all relevant stakeholders
Contents
Organisation theory with focus on health organisations, health- and social politics, strategic use of IKS in the health- and social welfare sector, and implementation of IKS.
Examination requirements

Examinations
A 3- hour netbased individual at-home examination. Pass/Fail only.
Student evaluation
