Last week, we attended EGOV-CeDEM-ePart 2026 in Athens and presented our poster on Wednesday during the poster session, receiving a lot of useful feedback.
The feedback included suggestions regarding our data collection method, with some concern that caseworkers might be reluctant to share internal or personal experiences with "external" researchers. Another point raised was a possible mismatch between what is said in interviews and what actually happens in practice, with ethnographic or observational methods suggested as potential additional data sources. One comment also asked whether we plan to evaluate our guidelines once they have been proposed to NAV, a good point worth taking into account.
