Project description

OVERCOME is a Nordic-Baltic collaboration focused on developing micro-credentials (MCs) for crisis management. The project supports flexible learning and aims to integrate MCs into degree programs across the region.

Key activities include:

  • Building an online resource bank for education
  • Piloting a joint course in fall 2025
  • Designing MCs in crisis management and resilience
  • Exploring digital credentialing solutions across university alliances

The project began with a kick-off in Norway and continues to develop tools for accessible, high-quality education. Supported by renewed funding, OVERCOME seeks to remove barriers to cross-border collaboration and digital certification.
