Students at Risk

Students at Risk is a programme that gives foreign student activists, who are prevented from completing their education in their home country, the opportunity to continue their studies in Norway.

The programme is temporary and was initiated in 2015 by the National Union of Students in Norway (NSO), the International Solidarity Fund of Students and Academics (SAIH), and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (UD).

Students selected to participate in the programme have their studies in Norway fully funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The programme is administered by the Norwegian Directorate for Internationalisation and Quality Enhancement in Higher Education (Diku).
