Aims and scope

As its title suggests, the main topic of this conference is iteration theory. Much of the research presented involves discrete dynamical systems, functional equations and difference equations . Divers applications are, for example, found in the areas of biology, physics, economics and engineering.

Venue

  • ECIT 2026 will be organized under the auspices of the International Society of Difference Equations (ISDE), and the School of Business and Law at the University of Agder. Currently, 14215 students are enrolled at UiA. About 1400 faculty and staff members are employed in six faculties. The institution maintains campuses in both Kristiansand and Grimstad. The conference itself will take place at Norway’s most beautiful place for meetings and conferences which is located on the coast an hour away from Kristiansand.
