I can assist with planning, preparations, excecution and follow-up work related to the faculty's events.
This includes: Creating invitations and registration forms, participant management, coordination of internal services and suppliers, booking venues at campus and externally, ordering supplies and services, making sure everything runs smoothly the day of.
