Areas of responsibility
I am the Professional Lead for Project Finance at the University of Agder. My role is to develop and coordinate the project finance discipline across faculties and central administration, with a particular focus on externally funded research and innovation projects. I work with quality assurance, policies and procedures, competence development, knowledge sharing, and the improvement of tools and processes that support sound financial management and risk reduction in projects. A key objective is to strengthen the university's overall capability, capacity, and quality within project finance.
