An Artist Manger, Andy’s career started in Scotland in 1990, DJing and running raves. He also began managing Artists and running electronic labels, and joined his first US tour in 1992 as assistant Tour Manager. In 1997, he moved to London to broaden and deepen his career.

In 2005, after some years co-editing The Fly, the UK’s most popular music magazine, he co-founded The Luminaire, winning London Venue of The Year and UK Venue of The Year in the first two years. This was also the year that his relationship with Norway began, at by:Larm in Stavanger. In 2008 he booked Quart, at the time Norway’s biggest music festival.

These days, while still managing Artists, he lectures internationally, and supports mentoring initiatives to help young Artists and Managers find their way in the Music Industries. In 2022, he walked off a tour bus for the last time, bringing to an end 30 years on the road.

In that same year, he joined CreaTeMe, where he co-manages The KRS Open and Roundtable Conferences each November, and was made Project Manager for CreaTeMe Talent.
