Background and experience
I earned both my BA and my MPhilStud at King's College London. My MPhilStud thesis examined the possibility of civil disobedience for Kant.
Research
I am a PhD candidate in philosophy, working on the apparent conflict between Kant's moral philosophy and Kant's political philosophy. The aim of the thesis is to propose a solution that accounts for this incongruence without rejecting Kant's theory as a whole. Working title: "The conflict between Kant's moral and political philosophy".
Beyond Kant, I am interested in Sartre, Schopenhauer, Nietzsche, Heidegger, Rousseau, and Plato.
