Bildet kan inneholde: bag, bagasje og vesker, deling, student, samtale.

All staff and students at UiA are welcome to take part!

  • You don’t need to identify as a feminist to join in.
  • You don’t need to have read the whole book to take part.

The only thing we expect is that everyone treats one another with respect and openness.

About the book club

We meet once a month to discuss texts based on a broad and intersectional perspective on feminism. We often read texts that explore various forms of inequality, discrimination and marginalisation, and how these are interconnected.

To make the reading group as inclusive as possible, we mainly read texts that are available in English. Discussions take place in English, unless all participants are fluent in Norwegian.

The book club is organised by UiA - Centre for Gender and Equality

You can find more information about the book club and a list of all the books here.
