I’m looking forward to get started!

When I’m not playing music, I like to play and watch football, and hang out with my friends.

from Albania

Tell us about you and from which University you are from.

I come from Tirana, Albania, where I am attending the University of Arts. I play the violin, and have been playing since I was six years old. I really love playing music, and have over the years won several prizes and played many concerts. When I’m not playing music, I like to play and watch football, and hang out with my friends.

Why did you choose Norway?

When I was asked if I wanted to go, I thought it was a good opportunity. I like to get new experiences and this is a whole new world to me.

How was your arrival? What was your first impression?

I had a good travel, and slept until the plane landed. When I opened my eyes, I saw a beautiful river view and really loved what I saw. I knew then that this would be a good stay! We were met at the airport by the very nice international coordinator, Linn Eriksen, who drove us to our apartment. Linn were kind enough to drive us to IKEA so we could buy the things we needed to get some sleep!

What do you think about the quality of the University and its courses?

They seem interesting, I’m looking forward to get started!

What do you like most in Kristiansand and why?

I really like Kristiansand so far, we went out last night and tasted some Norwegian beer. Which I really liked!

Have you planned any trips during your stay?

I haven’t made any plans yet, but I hope to join a concert in a town nearby.
