Username: Your username is the email address you have registered with us. For new nominators, please contact us.
Password: To log in the first time you must order a password from the login page. Write your email under "No password?" and click "send password".
Step 2: Choose relevant agreement
When you entered the portal, you will see the agreements between your institution and UiA (the ones you are responsible for). Select the relevant agreement from the list and choose “Add new nomination” under the relevant semester to nominate a student.
Step 3: Register nominated students
You will need the following information about the student to complete the nomination:
Gender
Date of birth
Citizenship
Enter the student's full name in this format, Paul Smith. Do not use only capital letters.
Please also choose the correct semester(s) for admission.
For Summer School students, please choose Autumn.
Step 4: Add more students
Complete steps 2 and 3 for each student your institution is nominating to UiA.
Once you have added a nomination, please check the list of students and their status.
You may log in again later to check the application status of your nominated student(s).
Step 5: Documentation
it is possible for both the nominator and the student to upload documents to the application. Discuss with your student if you should upload documents on their behalf.

After completing the student's information, click on "Add Nomination" to save the data.
The system sends an email to the nominated student with instructions on How to apply with copy to you.
Step 6: How to cancel or make changes to a nomination
Please note that the student data you have entered cannot be edited once it has been saved by clicking on the "Add Nomination" button. If you have typed incorrect data, you must delete the nomination using the delete button and then click “Add New Nomination” to start the process again.
If the student wants to withdraw the application, we ask you to delete the nomination before the application deadline.
Step 7: After nomination
Student application When you have finished the nomination, the students will receive an email from UiA confirming that they have been nominated by your institution. The students will be given further instructions for How to apply.
Student application status You can keep track of each student's status by logging on to NominationWeb. On the “Available agreements and admission” webpage you may see all relevant agreements and the application status of your nominated students; nominated, applied, admission granted, withdrawn etc.
Normally, all exchange students are accepted for studies at UiA. The students will receive their Letters of Acceptance around one month after the deadline for applications.
