This course includes lectures, exercises, group work, and compulsory assignments.
Generally, lectures and exercises are offered on-site on campus (UiA, Grimstad). In principle, this is NOT an online course, and requires full commitment. The work load for the average student is approximately 200 hours. A minimal participation of 80% in lectures and seminars (i.e. 5 out 6 teaching days in "Communication and Cooperation " and 3 out of 4 teaching days in "Research Methods") is a prerequisite for the examination.
Details will be communicated via the Canvas Learning Management System.

Compulsory assignments must be approved. Information about compulsory assignments will be given in Canvas at the start of the course.
Communication and Cooperation: Two compulsory group assignments: the first (intermediate) assignment has to be passed (not graded), the second assignment is graded and counts 66 % of the final course grade. The groups are generally given joint grades.
Research Methods: One graded group assignment that counts 34 % of the final grade. The groups are generally given joint grades.
Details on the assignment topics will be given at semester start in Canvas.
