have expertise to assess, apply and reflect on the use of methods and techniques for project management and -planning
Overview of projects, project strategizing, marketing & organizing and project-based industries
Overview of academic research on projects and project-based industries
Institutional logics and industry recipes of project-based industries
Portfolio approaches to managing projects in business networks
Managing individual projects: content, scope of work and focus areas
Lectures and group assignments. Estimated workload is about 200 hours.
Approved compulsory group assignment. More information in Canvas at the start of the semester.
Assessment methods and criteria
4-hour written examination with letter grades.
The study programme manager, in consultation with the student representative, decides the method of evaluation and whether the courses will have a midterm- or end of term evaluation, see also the Quality System, section 4.1. Information about evaluation method for the course will be posted on Canvas.
