Each student is given individual instruction on their main instrument. Teaching may be conducted in groups, ensemble and in various projects. During the course, the student participates in interpretation, as well as compulsory projects and seminars. Individual and group supervision is provided in the performing activities. For the students with electronic music, individual and group supervision is given in programming and studio sessions.
Digital tools will be used if expedient. The student must have access to a personal computer.
Semester plans will be posted on Canvas at semester-opening. The workload is estimated to 27 hours per credit.

Popular Music:
A 15 minute concert. May be carried out in groups, but assessed individually. The repertoire is decided in consultation with the main instrument teacher.
