Master's Programme in Music Performance - Western Classical Music
Students will work on their Master's thesis.
Students may choose to write their Master's thesis on one of the following subjects:
- Music presentation
- Music technology
- Studies of a composer, a performer or a genre.

On successful completion of the master thesis the student will have attained both theoretical and practical advanced knowledge. They should have developed their skills in - performance - reflection - creative thinking - innovation
Teaching methods and workload
The course makes use of individual guidance and lectures.
- ME-406 assessed as passed. - 2 performances each term assessed as passed.
Assessment methods and criteria
- Master's thesis. Length: 40 - 50 pages. (70%). - A concert recording on a CD. (30%) Assessed with the grades A-F (with A as the highest level and F as fail).
