Learning outcomes
On successful completion of the course, students will:
have knowledge of methods for health monitoring and sources of health statistics
have knowledge of project organisation and project management
have knowledge of how to define, plan and carry out projects
be able to use methods to strengthen innovation in inter-sectoral public health work
be able to apply methods for work with health surveys and development work
be able to contribute to knowledge-based anchoring of public health work

Public health in planning processes
Knowledge-based public health work as a working method
Cross-sectoral approach to public health work
Project organization and project management
Implementation and evaluation of projects
Teaching methods
Independent study, lectures and practical group work.
