I participated in the exploratory phase of a research project that will ultimately become part of a book. In this project we examined two things; First, the gender equality conceptions and preferences of bureaucrats, the composition of their bureaucracies, and how well these match the general population, building on the ideas of representative bureaucracy: Secondly, we investigate the drivers of Nordic gender equality policies, with particular focus on international actors, such as the Nordic council and the EU, and how the actors involved might affect one another.
I have had the opportunity to conduct several semi-structured interviews with representatives from non-governmental organisations (NGOs) in Kosovo as well as representatives from EU and Brussels-based NGOs with the aim of exploring the EU’s external governance in the Western Balkans. This is part of an exploratory research project at the Department of Political Science and Management (in close collaboration with the University of East London).

The project include two parts. The first part is about modeling of communication system with variable data rate and multiple hysteresis areas using stochastic process. The second part is to refine simulators and documents for digital signal processing.
