Business-student collaboration

UiA Career Services is the link between different businesses and UiA’s students and academic environment. Several students are working on project assignments in cooperation with different employers in different lines of business.

By collaborating with students on assignments, businesses can get to know potential future co-workers and gain new perspectives, up-to-date professional knowledge and methodical expertise. The students get to work with relevant and real issues while at the same time becoming familiar with working life and future possibilities for work.

The website Kompetansetorget lets businesses publish assignment suggestions, open positions and internships.
