Frequently asked questions – Studentweb and semester registration
What do I do when I have forgotten my PIN or don’t have one at all? It is also possible to log on to Studentweb using a username and password, or by clicking “Send new PIN to your email”.
What do I do if I have problems with saving My profile? Try to change upper-case letters to lower case in your email adress.
Is the semester registration valid if I have paid the fee to a university/university college other than UiA? Only if you can show/send the documentation proving that you have paid the semester registration fee, so that it can manually be registered in the system at UiA.
Why can’t I register to attend the classes of a course (registration for Fronter)? If you are unable to access the course in the education plan, contact one of the programme coordinators in your faculty.
Why do I get an error message when I try to register for a postponed exam? An error message may show up if the postponed examination has not yet been created in Studentweb. Contact the examinations office for information concerning the status of postponed examinations and when/how to register. Note that it is not possible to register for a postponed exam on Studentweb before the date for examination results have been published for regular exams.
