Please note that most of the courses at the University of Agder are taught in Norwegian. The ECTS course catalogue contains descriptions in English of all courses, no matter what the language of instruction.
We emphasize that while courses in the ECTS catalogue are described in English, most of them are nottaught in English. Each course description includes the language of instruction. Here it will be clear whether the course is offered in English or Norwegian. The ECTS course catalogue is updated each June.
The ECTS Course Catalogue provides a description of all studies and courses offered this academic year.
Since the combination of courses included in each study programme may vary slightly from one year to the next, the normal course structure (tabular overview of course combinations) is listed separately for each class. The course structure diagram links to the individual course descriptions for the current academic year.
All students registered for examinations during the academic year must comply with the information contained in the ECTS Course Catalogue. Students who need to document the content of courses previously taken, must find course descriptions in the previous course catalogues.
The information is subject to errors and minor adjustments of the academic offerings.
In case of discrepancies between the Norwegian and the English version of this description, the Norwegian version takes precedence.
The Course Catalogue is also published in Norwegian.
