Electing a new representative to the University Board

On Saturday 1 August, temporary staff in teaching and research positions will have a new representative on the University Board. The election is announced on 30 March.

The election will be held electronically in the period from 26 May to 3 June 2020. One representative and two substitutes will be elected. The constituency consists of close to 270 employees in temporary teaching and research positions, mainly research fellows.

“The representative of temporary employees in academic positions has an important voice on the University Board, perhaps mainly with regards to our research fellows, their views and conditions. Period for submitting candidates 28 April – 12 May

In the election announcement, the period for submitting candidates runs from 28 April – 12 May 2pm. Candidate submissions must be made on a separate form. The period of representation for a one-year-term is from 1 August 2020 to 31 July 2021.

The current representative for this constituency is PhD Research Fellow Ingrid Lande Larsen. PhD Research Fellow Mette Marie Næser Seldal is the substitute representative.
